1. Just slice your avocado open, remove the stone and cut into slices, chunks, halves or quarters.
2. Line your avocados up on a tray, brush with a little lemon juice and then pop in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.
3. Once frozen, lift with a spatula and pop them in a bag.
Now you have perfect avocado portions, ready for when you need them.
