MFM Innovations (niftyoverfifty.com) collects as little personal information as necessary. We will not sell or rent your name or personal information to any third party. At any time a user or business is free to unsubscribe and leave, or to simply delete their account from our facilities.
Nifty over Fifty only collects such personal information that is necessary for you to access and use our services. This privacy notice tells you how Nifty over Fifty collects and processes information that may identify you (personal data) when you use our sites and apps, sign in as a user, buy products or services, or interact with us in other ways. We may show you other privacy notices when we collect or share your personal data and this privacy notice is in addition to those.
Personal information about visitors to our site is collected or stored to provide you with further services or to answer or forward any requests or enquiries. It is our intention that this policy will protect your personal information from being dealt with in any way that is inconsistent with applicable privacy laws.
We may collect the following information about you:

Nifty over Fifty uses Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customise Google Display Network ads using Google’s Ad Settings page. Users can completely block Google Analytics tracking using Google’s Opt-out browser add-on.
INTERACTION WITH EXTERNAL SOCIAL NETWORKS AND PLATFORMS
FACEBOOK – Nifty over Fifty uses Facebook advertising and re-targeting. Cookies and pixels are used to understand and deliver ads and make them more relevant to you. We may also use a cookie to learn whether someone who saw an ad on Facebook later visited our website. Your personally identifiable information is not used by any re-marketing service other than to present you offers from the Site. Opt-out of Facebook re-marketing here.
CONTACT FORM – We use a Contact Form plugin to manage contact form submissions which are sent via the form as an email message, the information is also stored in our database.
CLOUDFLARE – Nifty over Fifty uses Cloudflare for website security and caching. Any personal information obtained by Cloudflare is not shared with any third parties.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

COOKIES – A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. Use of Information
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. This account information is stored indefinitely.
Nifty over Fifty stores customer purchase records indefinitely. This is so that we have access to customer account information in case problems or questions arise regarding past or future purchases.
