Yolanda Hadid likes a pizza now and then, however she favours organic, healthy eating.

She was a model for many years and as the Mom of successful super models Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid, says it is important to her to set a good example for her children.

Breakfast

Yolanda says, checking in with yourself and taking even just 10 minutes for breakfast, is a great way to start your day.

She likes to start her morning with a glass of cleansing lemon, that alkalizes the gut and contains a lot of nutrients.

Then she follows up the refreshing lemon drink with quick and easy oatmeal for energy to get her through the morning.

Yolanda’s simple breakfast oatmeal looks enticingly tasty, sprinkled with almonds, strawberries, honey and a little stevia rather than white sugar. Yum.

Lunch

For lunch Yolanda likes to have salad and some kind of protein.

Watch as she makes an arugula salad topped with curried chicken, brussels sprouts and cranberries with a dollop of a dressing she has made with olive oil, honey and vinegar.

Favourite afternoon snack

Yolanda makes an afternoon pick-me-up made with cardamom, cinnamon, honey and goats’ milk which she finds easier to digest than cows’ milk.

Dinner

Dinner is Yolanda’s lightest meal of the day. She goes to bed early and often opts for a nutritious soup which is quick to make and easy to digest.
